The Co-Created Multi-Year Strategy

A 5 to 8-year marketing strategy or business plan. Built by your team, synthesised by me.
This is Plucky Media's signature service. Over six months, I work inside your team as a strategic facilitator — running monthly workshops with your relevant stakeholders, gathering the inputs for each section of your strategy, then synthesising the findings into a clear, structured, board-ready document. Each section goes through your team for feedback and your executive for in principle approval before we move on. By the time we reach the final presentation, there are no surprises because your team built this.

The Business Health Check

A structured audit of where your business stands and what to do about it.
Before you build a strategy, it helps to know exactly what you're working with. The Business Health Check delivers a concise written report covering the fundamentals: SWOT analysis, website health check, channel and brand footprint assessment, and prioritised recommendations for quick wins and emerging threats. This audit is also useful if you are considering investing in events or trade opportunities, like Pair'd Margaret River or attending the Australian Tourism Exchange. You choose one additional focus area, depending on what matters most to your business right now.
Qualitative Customer Insights
I conduct five in-depth interviews with a cross-section of your customers, using formal qualitative research methodology, to find out what they actually value, what frustrates them, and what would motivate them to refer a peer. Most businesses guess at this. I find out.
Competitor Analysis
A structured assessment of your top three to five competitors: positioning, channels, messaging, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Get a clear picture of the landscape you're operating in.
Customer Journey Audit
A detailed review of the touchpoints in your customer's experience, from first awareness to post-purchase, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
From $4,795 ex-GST, invoiced in two amounts: for example, an initiation invoice of $2,895 ex-GST and a delivery invoice of $1,900 ex-GST. The cost is deliberately modest since clients often need to get a handle on the present before they can plan for the future.
WHO: Organisations considering the multi-year marketing strategy or business plan but wanting a clear picture first, or leadership teams who need focused, actionable insight quickly. The Health Check is often the first step that leads naturally into a full strategy engagement.

The Strategy Mentorship

Your team does the building. I provide the thinking partnership to guide them through it.
This is the co-creation model in a lighter format that’s ideal for organisations with capable internal teams who want expert guidance and structured frameworks, and don’t need me to synthesise the workshop outcomes and build the documented strategy or plan. I design a tailored workshop series, facilitate the sessions, and provide the templates and thinking tools your team needs to synthesise their own strategy. You do the writing. I make sure you're asking the right questions.
